This assures you that there won't be any rock left unturned in your home search. 3)We can also be your Blue Book Guide to house pricing. We can provide you with the recent sales in the area and the comparisons between the home you are looking at and the ones that have sold. We can also find out how long the home has been on the market, whether or not they have had any recent price changes and much much more! 4)We know which lenders offer the lowest rates and closing costs. Sometimes there are special programs being offered that may benefit a homebuyer. Ultimately we will do everything we can to see to it that whatever price you pay for a house is the fairest and lowest price possible. The better job we can do helping you to that end, hopefully will be returned many times over in the form of referrals from your friends and family and your repeat business.
