Attingham Park is a beautiful subdivision that houses some of the Peoria area's executive style homes. It has a Peoria address, is located in the city of Peoria, but is located in the Dunlap School District. It is bordered by The Rock Island Trail on the north side and Alta Road on the south side. The developer did a good job of creating a nice landscaped berm to help shield the development from Alta Road. The lot sizes range from 1/3 acre up to 1.5 acres with 53 home sites. Prices start around $600,000 and go up to over $1,000,000. There is also a future section that surrounds a beautiful private lake and green space. Immediately to the east of this neighborhood is one of the trail heads for popular Rock Island Trail. It's about 3.5 miles from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie Mall and about 20 minutes from downtown Peoria.
