Hunters Glen Subdivision is a nice subdivision of affordable newer homes that is being built just north of Route 24 in Washington IL, off of Nofsinger Road and Cummings Lane. The homes are priced from $180,000 to $280,000, and most homes were built between 2006 and now. The square footage ranges from 1400 square feet up to about 2300 square feet. There are ranch, two story, and split foyer style homes. There is a great park nearby at the north end of Cummings Lane, Oak Ridge Park, which features 3 baseball diamonds, soccer fields and football fields. Easy access to Route 24, which can get you to Peoria in just a matter of minutes. The Washington town square is only about 8 minutes away.
