Bristol Park is a nice subdivision of ranch and two story style homes and is located between Nofsinger Road and Cummings Lane, just north of Route 24, on the north side of Washington. Originally platted to be part of the Northwyck Subdivision, it was replatted, redeveloped, and rolled out as it's own subdivision. Sante Fe Road is the main entrance to the neighborhood and you can access it from either Cummings Lane or Nofsinger Road. Homes range anywhere from the low to upper $200,000 range. Most of the homes were built between 2006 and 2011. The subdivision is complete and there are no additional phases to be added. The Bristol Park neighborhood is bordered by Oak Creek Subdivision to the north and Northwyck to the south. There is a nearby park, Oak Ridge Park, that features 3 baseball diamonds, as well as soccer, and football fields. Downtown Peoria is only 10-15 minutes away and Washington town square is about 8 minutes away.
