Joanne Manor Subdivision (not to be confused with Joanne Hills in Peoria) has become a nice quiet little subdivision off Big Hollow Road in North Peoria near the Glen Hollow Shopping Center. We say it has "become" a nice quiet little subdivision because a few years back the city redesigned some roads which lead to the Big Hollow Road entrance to the neighborhood, being one way in and one way out, thus eliminating a lot of the drive by traffic. Close to conveniences that include shopping, dining, movie theaters, and more! These affordable homes homes that are part of the Northmoor, Rolling Acres, and Richwoods schools of Peoria's District 150 school district.
