Deer Ridge Estates
Washington, IL 61571
Deer Ridge Subdivision is located on the north side of town, off Cummings Lane, and on the north side of Route 24. One really nice feature with this neighborhood besides easy access to Route 24, and therefore Peoria and surrounding communities, it also backs up to Oakridge Park, which is a large Washington park. The subdivision is complete now and there are usually a few homes on the market at any given time that offer some very nice affordable options for people looking to locate to Washington. To get to Deer Ridge, if you are driving from the Peoria area, drive east on Route 24 to Cummings Lane, turn left onto Cummings and Deer Ridge will be the last subdivision on your left. Nearby subdivisons include Joos Walnut Grove Estates, Oak Creek, and Hunters Trail. Downtown Peoria is only about 10-15 minutes away, and the town square of Washington is about 8 minutes away.
