Driving north on Route 91 towards the town of Dunlap, if you take a left and head west on Dickison Cemetery Rd you'll find Deerfield Subdivision. There are about 15-20 existing homes that range in size about 2,600 square feet and up. The home values start around $325,000. Like Nettle Creek and Copperfield, Deerfield is within the town of Dunlap and they all have a Dunlap mailing address. It is about 1.5 miles from Dunlap Valley Middle School and 2 miles from the high school. It's a nice quiet "country" type of subdivision.
