Fieldstone Estates is located south of War Memorial off Orange Prairie Road. The home prices start around $350,000 and start with around 2,600 square feet. Just a short distance down the road is a Peoria Park District Park that has a picnic area, walking paths, and a lake with fishing docks. Fieldstone Estates has a Peoria mailing address and is in the city of Peoria, but it's within Dunlap School District. Some really nice features with this neighborhood are the proximity to great amenties such as the Shoppes at Grand Priarie Mall (about 1 mile away), interstate access (1 mile) as well as the shopping complex that houses Home Depot, The Great Escape, Ethan Allen, Pier One, and some restaurants. So it has all of this to offer-yet it's tucked away off of the scenic Orange Prairie Road and backs up to another wonderful (and hardly used) Peoria Park District Park. This park offers some great jogging trails with a hilly terrain, a basketball court, and playground, as well as a large fishing lake. The subdivision has about 60 homes and is one big loop-so you'll never get lost. :) Just keep driving around and you'll eventually find your way out. :) The rear yards of many of the homes in the middle section are a generous size and are larger than some other comparable priced homes.
