Peoria, IL 61614
Hawley Hills is a nice subdivision in north Peoria located just east of Mt. Hawley Road, two subdivisions south of Mt. Hawley Country Club and Golf Course. So...you can see where it got its name. There are quite a few homes there built in the 80's and 90's. There are mostly two story style homes, however you can also find ranch and multi-level homes as well. This subdivision belongs to the Kellar, Lindbergh and Richwoods schools of District 150 in Peoria. Lots of mature trees make this a pretty subdivision to drive through. With its proximity to Knoxville Ave, it's a direct drive to downtown. Also, it has a pretty easy access point to the Rock Island Greenway as well!
