Lynncrest Subdivision is located right next to Lynnhurst Subdivision in North Peoria. I imagine that could be how it got its name...it was on the "crest" of Lynnhurst. :) Anyway, this is a nice smaller subdivision of around 50 homes that were for the most part all built by Custom Builders of Peoria, which is a local builder that has been around a long time and certainly has a good reputation. It is in the Mark Bills, Charter Oak and Richwoods schools of District 150 in Peoria. It is about 1.5 miles to the Willow Knolls shopping area, about 2.5 miles from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie and just right down the street from Mark Bills school and park, off Frostwood Parkway.
