Northwyck Subdivision is located on the north side of Washington, tucked in among a few other popular subdivisions. It's bordered on the south by Hunters Glen Subdivision, to the north by Bristol Park and Oak Creek Subdivisions. It's easy to get to by going north on Route 24 on either Cummings Lane or Nofsinger Road. Most of the homes in this subdivision were built in 2003 and 2004 and include ranch and two story style homes priced, for the most part, in the low to mid $200,000 range. Originally, Northwyck was going to be a much larger subdivision, but through some changes among developers along the way, part of the land was re-platted as the Bristol Park Subdivision, and the rest of it was renamed Hunters Glen. There is a very nice park nearby, Oak Ridge Park, which features baseball, soccer, and football fields. This park is located at the end of Cummings Lane.
