Picture Ridge

Picture Ridge is pretty much that....a subdivision built along a ridge in North Peoria off of Knoxville Avenue that has some very picturesque views. It's a quiet unassuming subdivision located near the Northpoint Shopping Center. The homes range from entry level prices to higher-end prices as you progress into the subdivision. For the most part, one way in and one way out, of one very long winding road that follows a ridge on the river bluffs. Some of the homes in the back may offer up a river view. The styles of the homes vary about as much as the prices. It's easy to find a home build in the mid $100K range just about as easy as it is to find one that is in the mid $250K to $300K range. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's and 1960's. They belong to the Kellar, Liberty Leadership, (formerly Lindberg) and Richwoods schools of District 150.
