Rollingbrook

Rollingbrook Subdivision is a great little subdivision located off Alta Road, near the intersection of Alta and Allen Road. While it is predominately single family detached homes, there are two streets (Brompton and Kenfield) that are attached singe family homes. All of the homes in the neighborhood were built by Signature Homes and Ironwood Homes. It's a subdivision that is kind of nestled into a quiet area, yet is close to everything. The south edge of the subdivision is bordered by The Rock Island Trail, although there isn't any direct access. There is a small brook that divides the neighborhood into three sections. The front half with an entrance off Alta Road is a mix of attached and detached homes, while the rear section is all single family homes with some very nice wooded cul-de-sac lots. The third section is almost entirely on its own and is accessed off Alta Road and is closest to Rock Island Trail. This 3rd section contains the Brompton street and is all attached single family homes. Rollingbrook is in Dunlap school district, city of Peoria, and has a Peoria mailing address. It has easy access to Route 6 which can take you to downtown Peoria or east towards the Caterpillar Mossville facility. Other nearby amenities include grocery stores, health clubs, shopping, and dining outlets.
