The Uplands Subdivision is adjacent to Bradley University and Bradley Park. It's a nice older subdivision that is mostly filled with families, Bradley faculty, and many people that like the close location to downtown Peoria. We used to live in this subdivision and it was one of the first places we called home! It has an active neighborhood association.

The Uplands is a neighborhood founded in 1902 in the heart of Peoria, Illinois. We take pride in our historic homes, tree-lined boulevards, diversity of residents, and close-knit community. Within easy walking distance of homes, is a supermarket, pharmacy, Asian market, and several unique restaurants. You will also enjoy walking to events at Bradley University and playing in Bradley Park. The Uplands Residential Association (URA) is open to all neighborhood residents and is an active strong organization.
