Thousand Oaks

Few subdivisions are as beautiful to drive through in Peoria as Thousand Oaks, located in North Peoria off Knoxville Avenue and Ravinwoods Road. Most of the higher-end homes were built in the late 1980's and 1990's. The subdivision was perfectly named....there are literally thousands and thousands of tall mature trees that surround every home. Home prices range quite a bit from the low $290K to prices well above that based on the setting, size, updates, etc. Thousand Oaks belongs to the Kellar, Liberty Leadership, (formerly Lindberg) and Richwoods schools of Peoria's District 150.
