Here is another great subdivision that we had the honor of helping develop. We lived here for a little while as well while we were building another home elsewhere. This subdivision is in the city of Peoria, the Dunlap school district, and has a Dunlap mailing address. The neighborhood is complete without any additional lots left to build on. There are three cul-de-sacs in the neighborhood and it's bordered by the Fields Crossing Subdivision to the west and the Summer Ridge (not to be confused with the Sommer Place) Subdivision to the south. In fact, the Fields Crossing Subdivision is easily confused with the Trail View Subdivision since it lacks an entrance sign. Currently the only entrance into Fields Crossing is through Trail View. This subdivision is close to Rock Island Trail, grocery stores, shopping, and dining. The Shoppes at Grand Prairie is only 3 miles away and downtown Peoria is about 15 minutes away. This location is a nice mix of being close to the other residential subdivisions in north Peoria and Dunlap, yet a little bit removed as well, and being "in between" those areas to the north, and the areas around the Shoppes at Grand Prairie.
