Waterstone is a very nice upscale subdivision located off Trigger Road in north Peoria. It has an Edwards mailing address, but it within the city of Peoria, and is in the Dunlap school district. Waterstone goes to Dunlap Elementary School in the town of Dunlap. The homes on the north side of the subdivision have a very nice wooded rear yard and many of the homes throughout the middle and south edge of the subdivision have beautiful settings as well. The subdivision has a pretty entrance, with a stone neighborhood marker that includes a little waterfall. Water....stone...get it? There is also a pond and private green space/park for the residents as well. 

Waterstone is located about 2 miles from The Shoppes at Grand Prairie, which means it also has easy interstate access and is about 12 minutes from downtown Peoria and about 15 minutes to the Mossville Caterpillar facility.
