Meet The Team

On behalf of Jennifer and myself, welcome to our website! We are glad you are here.

This is the page that is supposed to brag about all of the accomplishments and awards bestowed upon us over the years. Well, it's not going to happen that way. At least not initially. :) 

I have grown up in the local real estate market over the past few decades under the leadership of my parents, Dick and Mary Ann Monge, who were lifelong Peoria area Realtors until they recently retired. That leaves myself, Jennifer, and my brother Brian Monge to head up the Monge Home Team. 

Jennifer and I are the proud parents of 3 boys, which have all gone through the Dunlap school system district, from first grade through high school. Our oldest son, Matt, graduated from Butler University in Indiana in 2020 and is back in the Peoria area. He started a painting business in 2024 doing exterior, interior and cabinet painting. Our middle son, Justin, graduated from Clemson in 2023 and lives in Chicago working for Health Strategy. Our youngest son, Jake, is a senior at Miami of Ohio studying Emerging Business Design and Technology. Since we are empty nesters the best way to fill it back up was to get not one, but two dogs... Teddy (10) and Charlie (2).  We'd like to think that part of our job is to help provide you with a house you can call a home as well. In our "younger years", we enjoyed living in quite a few different neighborhoods throughout the Peoria and Dunlap area.   

We love what we do. We get to meet lots of interesting people from all walks of life. We help a large number of people relocating in and out of the area with all of the  major employers such as Caterpillar, the hospitals and small businesses, as well as all relocation companies such as Cartus, Weichert, Brookfield, and many others. 

We are real people, who happen to be in real estate. We want to be of assistance not only during your house hunting or house selling phase, but also to be available anytime to answer any questions you may have. 

There are a number of great Realtors in the Peoria area, as are there a large number of real estate companies.
